Has the original belt.

ACTUAL FITTED SIZE UK LARGE (42-44″ chest approx)…inner label states I 54, F 52, D 54, USA 44 & will best fit a modern UK/US L 42-44.

MODEL is 6ft 1″ & a 38.5″ chest.
